Good morning all you sleepyheads!

Today is MM, and I am looking forward to a non cardio day, believe it or not.

Not too much of an exciting day planned, getting ready to get DS back to school tomorrow after winter break. He is already grumbling!

Well, today is my rest but it's also SUNDAY! Sundays are notoriously BORING days and after being in the house doing lots of nothing y'day, I don't know if I am going to be able to just hang out and not even exercise so there may be some yoga or cardio in my future. I'll see what happens.....:7

Tammy - fine job with your weight loss! I don't know how you did it this time of year! I'm in awe!

Beavs - I think it's great that you have a plan. I guess I don't really have any specific goals right now other than staying fit. So, I'm kinda doing whatever rotation strikes me - and right now it's Cathe's January one. I suppose that after this month I'll need to do some more muscle building.

Wendy - I'm still waiting on my IPOD. I think it will be here Next weekend. :)

Today will be SJP - love the step part, don't like the hi/lo.

Phyllis ~ Have fun with SJP, I actually like Hi/Lo, reminds me of the old days of aerobic exercise ;) I attribute the weight loss to the January rotation...I think my body is in shock :eek:

Tammy, way to go on the LBs! I am sorry I neglected to mention it before.

Got through MM today, I really like that one, it really covers alot in a short period of time.
I always laugh when I do the plie squats passing the weight from one hand to the other, though. When Cathe mentions that passing the weight might get too "passy", I always think she says "gassy".

I am really a sick puppy..:+
 
Hello finally! I was planning on doing P90X legs today but I seriously cannot bear the thought of listening to Tony Horton for an hour or so. I will be finding myself a nice Cathe leg workout, followed by back and biceps. Will it PLB with segments from PUB....will it be S&H, GS???? I'm going to pull a Phyllis and just see where my mood takes me. ;)

Wendy...you are going to have your workout cut out for you. LOL! I really just want to take a nap but I'm going to put some groovin' music on and get myself ready to sweat....
