Tammy....I am easily confused....but isn't this Jan 1st???...:)...

I think our rain has stopped for a bit...so I will be doing a 10 mile trail run, maybe more if I feel good!

Anyone ever use Cathe's calendar here? I have started posting my workouts on it, I like it...:)

Happy New Year eveyone in Catheland!!!

I took a look at Cathe's January rotation and it looks awesome. There are so many good rotations out there it will be hard to make a choice to start the new year off with a good one. I might have to give it a try. I need to get my weight loss efforts into gear :7 .

I'll be back soon and tell ya what I decided and what I did today. :)

Have a great one - we have freezing rain coming our way for the next few days so I might be on here a lot if I can't get out.

Jane - I've never done a cathe rotation I may check it out though my plans was the Gym style with LM, KM, Imax 3.

I did GS legs yesterday for the 1st time, I loved it.
 
Hello ladies! I haven't had a chance to look at the new rotation yet. I plan to do power yoga, L/G and some treadmill time.

Thanks Robyn...the good thing about rotations is that they make you feel much more obligated to do the specified workout for that day. I just feel better when on one...

Kim...CTX's are good workouts...have fun!

Jes...I did some Power Yoga last week....wow!...I missed it...


The run was good. Not much rain til about 6 miles. I ran 11 and felt good so I think the P90X rotation is really helping...

Back to football....so sad this is the last day of the regular season...:(.....Carole
