Good morning everyone,

DH not feeling too well today, so he is going to be taking it easy, and we didn't go to church. I will have more time for cleanmax 2 today. The cookies came out great, DS even rolled them out and cut them. All I had to do was frost and he decorated them! It is my mothers' sugar cookie recipe with thick buttercream frosting. Absolutely to die for, I admit, but I only ate the bottom of one snowman, so....


Annette, great news on the pants. I would love to go another size smaller, but my hips disagree with me completely. Way to go.

Today should be a stretch day, but since I will take Christmas day off I am moving into the next day to keep the rotation on track.
Of course not as written...lol.

I am doing Amy's Hi Lo workout today, maybe the dome thing too, otherwise ab hits.

Conni: Hope DH feels better soon! Good job only eating a part of one cookie! I baked y'day too and ate a bit more then that!}( :eek: :9 LOL

I have yoga on tap for today but will be adding cardio to that as well in light of y'day's bake-fest and tonight's chinese food dinner...

Good Morning all. Today will be ME. I kinkda wanted another rest day, but I won't be working out on Tues and possible not on Wed, so here I go.

Ding, round 3 of the dirty balls are done. They are for a party today.

Conni, your cookies sound wonderful and good for you for not eating them. I ate too many cookies yesterday out of stress. DS's car wouldn't start and he was at a new girlfriends house in north Jersey.I was worried about the whole situation. He finally got the car started and go home around 2AM.

I understand your stress about the car. What a pain, and it drives us Moms crazy, doesn't it?

DH is having what we refer to as an "MS" day. They happen. I will admit I wish it wasn't happening right now, I have alot to do before tomorrow and sometimes things weigh a little heavier, if you know what I mean.

Anyways, I even subbed for my own sub today! I did Pam Cosmi Steppin in Rhythm and Cathe's B & G stability ball workout. All Body Attack is definitely on for tomorrow, I need to get in a really demanding workout before the foodfest starts!
 
I'm back.

I opted for Kickmax KB/BC challenge premix. I really enjoyed it. I hadn't touched KM in ages so it was a great change of pace. I followed it up with StretchMax #1 in lieu of yoga. :)

Phyllis: Hope you enjoyed your work out! My mom's in middlesex county. Come on up and join us for dinner!;) :9 :D

Tammy: The lightshow was OKAY but I spotted a decorated house that was AWESOME! I would have rather paid the $15.00 to see the house then the show!!!! Joey enjoyed both though so it was well worth it. :+
