Good morning ladies,

I, for one, have been enjoying the blog updates the roadtrip pics being posted by retrofit. Everyone looks like they are having a great time.

Today is an OFF day, but I may do KM and abs, in honor of one of the classes yesterday. KM is not my fav, but I think I could be motivated today.

Yes Connie, I am loving the blog updates and pictures!! It looks like such fun!:D

We ARE getting alot done on the roof. Yesterday they had to stop in the middle of the day because it was too hot and so they came back around 6pm & worked until 11:00 !~
This morning they are already here working and HOPE (cross your fingers) to finish today!
It's going to be 98 degrees again today so they hope to finish before the extreme heat gets here!

Today is a rest day for me too but I am considering doing something. Not sure what,but what else is new??:p I'll figure it out.

It sure is quiet here this weekend.:-(

I don't know how you guys south of us are standing this heat, Becky, it is plenty hot in our neck of the state, but I am glad you are getting your roof done.

I actually did KM all the way through, but I do modify some of those blasts. Like I said, this one is okay once in a great while, just not all the time!

Oh yes, poolmax is on my agenda after all our chores are done around here. We won't have too much longer to enjoy the pleasure!:7

I just finished CC PUMP x2 and a 10 mile bike ride (stationary bike)!

Just checkin in with my peeps!

We had a great time at the roadtrip!!! Phyllis is SSSSSOOOOOO CUTE and Heather is so BELOVED :D!!!!! I shared a room with Patti (Beavs) and we had a great time driving to and from and everything in between. Cathe and crew are all so in-CRED-iously gorgeous and fit.

Anyway...the classes were great, the food plentiful and oh-so-delicious and the workouts kicked *ss!!! I came home with a suitcase full of smelly, SMELLY clothes. We all had a BLAST!!!!!

I'm totally beat and very glad I took tomorrow off from work...
 
Oh Tammy, Thanks for sharing with us ! I love the pictures I've seen so far, but in most they don't tell who's who. I saw Heather and Phyllis :D but don't know which one you are !

Were there any other big announcements made? We of course heard about the new software (WOW!).....did they say anything about when the new workouts are going to be shipped??

Did you eat at Friendly's???:7 :9 :p

Did you make new friends??

It sounds like a blast. Sorry for all the questions. I am living vicariously through you and my other RT friends!;-) :7

Yes we ate at Friendly's...(HINT)...I had puke green pants on...LOL!!! Chris from SNM said something about a fall release date for the new vids...I don't recall any other "announcements" but then again I am seriously sleep deprived.

I made many new friends and had even more fun than I did at the last RT...it was an amazing experience.

Becky ~ According to our waitress...we were the ONLY table of Cathe-ites that DID NOT order ice cream for dessert...:D :D :D

That waitress probably said that to all the Cathe tables, she was buckin' for a good tip!!:+

Seriously, were the classes as intense as the vids?? Which vids did the classes most resemble as far as content??? I always wonder if the live classes are the same as the dvds..

Get some zzzzzzs, girl, you deserve them!:7
 
Conni ~ As we were all sitting together we were the only table that didn't order ice cream for dessert :D The step class IMHO was the most intense class and both kickbox classes were pretty intense. The SB class was not intense at all, but my lats were screaming today from the band work/push-ups from that SB class.

Becky, I did some stepping for you! I loved it! What a high listening to 105 ladies stepping it up!

Tammy, I loved meeting you! It would have been great to have more time just to hang out. Maybe the next RT will be longer!

I'm not a kickbox fan as you all know, but I enjoyed the heck out of the classes!

I'm sore from my waist to my quads. It's a nice sore though. It keeps me thinking about all the fun.

Tammy, you're in the blog pic and look wonderful!

I'll catch up some more tomorrow - not early though- I'm on vacation all week!
