Good Morning Ladies!

This morning I am finally heading outside again for a run after a few weeks hiatus. Between vacation and sleeping in I haven't had a chance to get outside on the weekends since before I went away. It's even MORE important now that I get outdoors every week since I am taking this running class and part of it is that we are supposed to run on our own (outside, not on the TM) as part of the training as well.

So, I haven't WO'd yet!! And I don't have DOMS from the heavy lifting last night, but my abs are bit sore.
Wendy, you are really making an outdoor run sound GREAT right about now. THe kiddies have been fighting over toys non stop this AM. Oh well! I have to bake the cake first, then maybe I can sneak out.

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

Today I'm doing CC#6 (candace's version) and some ab work. I've got some inner thigh DOMS from yesterdays workout...it feels so good...LOL!!!

Wendy: Enjoy your run!

Megadoo: I hope you get your running break in!

Robin: Good luck with your college search. We haven't even started with DS#3 as we are in the midst of packing up both DS#1 and DS#2!

Good day girls. Today was a quick wo as I am feeling a little under the weather. PS chest and tris only, doing 3 sets of each. After this I went back to bed!

Wendy, are you enjoying running outside? I think it's probably a big difference from the TM. What's OA?

Maeghan, I hope the kiddies give you a break and you can be free for a while. Enjoy DS Bday party!

Hello ladies.
Sounds like some great workouts as usual. I am still trying to decide what wrokout I am doing. I think it will be stepblast. It has been a very long time since I have done that one. Have a great Sunday and I am going to try to post a picture trail today. Have always been a bit shy about that stuff.:)

Today is a rest day for me. I just did some yoga and am settling down to watch the World Cup.

I start my first Cathe rotation tomorrow...Hardcore Fat Loss. I have just been doing random workouts so far and have lost 15 lbs just from that (from 144 to 129). I want to be between 120-125...but maybe just 125 if I gain muscle mass. I am so excited!

Great WO's guys. Nope, still haven't worked out here. Just gonna pig out on bday cake soon!
I WILL do something tonight for sure after that cake!

Phyllis, Running outdoors compared to the TM is very different for me...MUCH harder! Right now it's frustrating because I know what I can do on the TM and there is no way I could that outside...I can't even come close yet! I'm not giving up though! I have to run a 5K in September!}(
OA is osteoarthritis. I was diagnosed with it in the left side of my neck a couple months ago...
