CC#6 (candace's version) and some ab work for me today. I think I will probably do a stretch max workout too.

Love the avatar. Where does the time go! 2 in college ouch! I have that in 07 but only 1 year of it. Will you ever have 3 in college? OUCH!

Heard from my DS last night - he is having a great time. It's good for both of us I think to have a little independence. I must admit given his medical situation I have been a bit (ok a lot - over protective).

Yes I will post pics - now I'm doing hardwood floor in the family room but after that I will! I'm not a great cook - now I have no excuses ;)

Today will be some sort of lifting and cardio party 3 from TJ. I have to use these DVDs before my DD goes back to school in about a month.

Hope everyone is having a great morning! Today I have decided I will do coremax the whole thing. But not all at once. I will be splitting the segments up throughout the day.

My hip will be taking more than just this weekend to heal so I will be starting S&H upperbody tomorrow only doing one part a day. I may have pulled a muscle, so I am being good and waiting to see what happens.

Hello Ladies

Today is a rest day for me. I just did 35 minutes of yoga. I'll probably throw in a Stretchmax segment later since my back is still kind of tight. I hope everyone has a great Sunday!

Hello everyone! I had a great beach vacation! I'll have new pics on picture trail soon. I joined a gym there and went every day except Tues. Boy, I'm glad to get back to Cathe.

Today wasGS chest and tris with Allstep abs.

So, what did I miss? I see all the talk of a Cathe calender. I would love that!

Morning everyone!

Today ended up being ME. My legs and arms were like spaghetti afterwards. It was great. The rest of today is catching up on house stuff - bills, weeding, etc.

This morning I did L&G's and 15 minutes of MTV pilates.

I hope to get in some cardio this afternoon.


I only did TS#4 yesterday and didn't get to #5, so I decided to do L&G's today.
 
Good morning ladies,
I am super sore today from doing Bootcamp. I had not done that in months and it was really hard. Today, I am going to try the cardio coach #3. I hope I make it:) I will let you all know how I liked it. Yesterday it was 110 here, it hit an all time record. Today it will be 105,UGH! My husband and I are going to go see the new pirate movie and dinner. I am definitley looking forward to a little time away from the little darlings(3 girls)tee hee!

Welcome Back Phyllis!!

Today is my 24th wedding anniversary so we are going out to Mitchell's Fish Market for dinner. YUM!:9

We walked 50 minutes (including death hill) this morning and walked 40 minutes yesterday. Will get back to regular workouts tomorrow.

Hey girls!

Things have been a little crazy the past couple of days so I haven't been able to post!

I had another swim meet yesterday and I placed 2nd in the 100 IM, 4th in the 50 freestyle (had a lot of competition), and 2nd in the 50 butterfly! I was very pleased with my results seeming as how I only had one week to train for this meet!

Well, I think to go get my clothes on and go run a couple of miles on the treadmile and then maybe coremax 1 and some shooulder work!

I did get to go out and run, 4 MILES! Well, I waited to long after breakfast to go and didn't eat a snack so I was running out of steam, so I did do 3 walk minutes throughout. Plus I totally misjudged the hills! THey were hard. It was not my normall route, but all in all, I feel good about it.
Next time I will make sure I have enough "fuel" before I leave! LOL
If I feel up to it, I may do some UB work tonight, but I won't worry about it if I don't get to it.
