Good Morning! Where is everyone?

I decided to take a rest day. We went to the movies with some friends and I slept in this AM. I did 4DS KB yesterday and loved it. You all know I'm not a KB fan, but this was short and sweet. The leg work after the cardio was good. There were a few new moves. I particulartly enjoyed the enjoyed a firewalker like move. You sit on the high step, place the band under your feet,crisscross it and hold it up and proceed to use you adductors to try to separate you feet. Well, my explanation leaves alot to be desired, so go try it!!
I previewed boot camp and it looks like FUN!

Hi Phyllis and all who tag along,

I did KB this morning. I am with you Phyllis, I am not a kickbox fan, so this was just enough for me. I would have liked to see more punching combos like KPC, but this is just my preference for choreography sneaking in there.
Alot of equipment changes, I felt somewhat rushed about that, but I will catch on to the sequence eventually.
Good core section, new moves that felt good to do.

Good Morning Glories!

I did BBC Chest/Abs and the treadmill cardio...YIKES!! I'll be subbing in iTreads for the treadmill cardio sections ;) as they were WAY above my level. Yesterday I ended up doing BBC Legs/Butt and the non-treadmill cardio...loved that entire workout. I think I'm going to alternate BBC and the new 4DS.

Conni ~ Another non-KB fan here! Nice to know both you and Phyllis thought it was just enough ;)!

Conni, Phyllis - thanks for the KB reviews. I am a KB fan, so this one should be fun!. Conni - I did the KB core yesterday, I loved the new moves too!

Tammy - I have previewed that TM cardio on BBC and I'm with you! It is intense. I may have to try it though!

No hike today so I wanted to get in those BM2 power circuits, soooo, I did PLB and then BM2 power circuits. Talk about a leg burner! It wasn't as bad though as say.... GSL followed by BM2 PC's. I can tell I've worked my legs!!

Tomorrow, I get in that 30 minute run and I'll have the third week of the Aug 07 rotation completed. It feels so good to be back and feel strong again. I had gained some weight over the summer when I fell off the good eating and exercise wagon but I've lost quite a few pounds and the workouts aren't killing me like they were two weeks ago. Love it! Now I need to figure out how to keep myself strapped to this wagon!!:p
