Daily check in Sun Dec 2

Good Morning!

Have fun with the December rotation Phyllis! :)

I am probably going to do cardio today. Perhaps I will find a nice lower body circuit work out to do. Not sure yet.

I am starting the X tomorrow! YIKES! I've created my own X rotation which I might do as opposed to following the Classic like I was originally going to. I don't like Lean and have no time for Doubles nor do I think all of that extra cardio will do me good anyway. I want to do something different though. We'll see! :)

So how many of us woke up to the white stuff this morning? I sure did!

Good Morning Glories!

I'm starting the August '07 Lower Body Solution rotation today so I'll be doing BM#2. I got a new pair of running shoes yesterday :D I told DH he could give them to me for xmas, but I don't think I can wait til then. He'll have to wrap an empty box :eek:

Wendy ~ We woke up to a dusting of snow yesterday and it is snowing lightly now...last I heard we are going to get at least six inches. Enjoy your cardio day!

Phyllis ~ Have fun w/CircuitMax...love that one! Enjoy your Sunday.

I'm hoping to get the tree up this evening, never got to it yesterday. Later taters!
 
Daily Check-in

Good morning, Phyllis and Wendy and Tammy! After faithfully finishing Cathe’s November rotation yesterday morning, I am enjoying a rest day today. I am looking forward to starting Cathe’s December rotation tomorrow morning. I may substitute Butts and Guts for the Pyramid Lower Body floor work when that comes up because I miss Butts and Guts. I am not sure if I will do High Step Training either as that is not my favorite, but I may do it in Wendy’s honor! I want to challenge myself to try running this month when it is on the rotation. It sounds like a good excuse for a new pair of shoes! LOL! Cheetah Wendy, I may need some help planning an interval run for a Cheetah newbie!

Conni, thank you for the encouragement yesterday. I agree that consistency is the key. Having Cathe’s rotation to follow really helped with my focus! What do you sub for the running days on Cathe’s rotation?

The only white stuff I woke up to is cream cheese for the cheesecake I am taking to a Christmas party tonight. :9 Yes, the celebrations are starting tonight! Have a fun Sunday!

Phyllis, I will definitely be running outside! I am not a treadmill girl! Even walking on the treadmill hurts my feet for some reason. I love the recumbent bike at the club. I can deal with the elliptical and arc trainer for short intervals. But I hate the dreadmill and stairmonster as my pastor calls them. LOL!

I usually avoid doing step workouts on consecutive days. I have some Kari and Christi hi-lo workouts that are fun but not as intense as running. I can always run in the pool!

Hi everyone!

I am going to be starting the December rotation tommorow, and am thinking of doing a circuit workout in place of DM ( I traded it away with no tears).

Heather, I always sub a hi/lo for a running portion of a rotation, but I know you are good as long as you are subbing a form of cardio that you did not do prior to that ( ie Step Blast or an Imax..)
Christi, Marcus, CIA, Kari, Rob come to mind right off the bat.

I am making a batch of cookies today, making dinner, doing some cleanmax, and watching the Browns win!!!

Good morning everyone!

Another fun-filled day of flooring but only finishing the kitchen. DS just can't do the rest of the house because of his back. He is just not the same after that wreck he had February where he broke his back. He was in a lot of pain last night. We are hiring the rest of the house done, already found a friend and his dad who are going to do it for us.

I've already done LIS/shoulders/calves/core this morning. Now I have to start staining quarter round for the kitchen, I need to do some more painting, oh still so much to do!! I have to go to the store, two trips to town yesterday to Lowes but didn't have time to buy food!

Hey girls.

My work out is done. Here's what I did:

**LIS step warm up on bosu.
**LIS lower body sculpting exercises x 2 (only uses SB ball)
**HSTA cardio + lower body premix doing cardio and leg press portions only. (cardio:bosu, leg press:bands)
**I did my own cooldown and then HSTA stretch to finish it off.

(Total time: 1 hour)

Great work outs everyone!
