Today is shelter day so no formal workout.

I think I've found a FF rotation to follow. Yesterday was LowMax premix #1 and chest work from PS and CTX. Today is tricep and bicep work from PS and MM. I will probably hop on the treadmill for 30 minutes too.

I have CleanMax, LaundryMax and ErrandMax on tap for the rest of the day.

Glad you found a rotation, Tammy, I hope it fits the bill for you!

Today was a rest day - I did Margaret Richard's Give me Strength, a really good high rep low weight workout. Just when you think Margaret is too easy, the reps really kick in and you are burning! The ab section is short, so I did that twice.

Wrapping gifts today, I can't wait to get that done!
 
Happy Sunday everyone!! Today is a work out rest day for me. But there is no rest to be had with all the things I have to do. :confused: Grocery shopping, christmas shopping, wrapping, organizing, cooking, cleaning grrrr..
