It is cold, dark, and rainy in Upstate NY today Today will be CC#8 and then the usual Saturday chores/housecleaning. I have new family room furniture coming this afternoon. I ordered it months ago and I don't even remember what it looks like....Hope I still like it

Good Morning !

Tammy, have fun with the new furniture ! I'd LOVE to get bedroom furniture one of these days !!!

Someone asked about the flu situation. WELL.....................My daughter got it, then her two little guys (10 months, 3 years) , then my son and HIS son has croup !!!!!!!!!!!
My mom (who lives across the street) is also sick . She has laringytis (sp) !!!!!

I FINALLY am up and around after 3 days on the couch with a migraine !
Now I hope I can dodge all the flu germs floating around here !

I think today will be CLEAN THE HOUSE day ! It is a mess, after all my laying around !

Today was HISM 2 and abs. I was sweating bullets and am feeling it after my leg workout yesterday...

Becky - OMG all those germies!I'm guessing you are going to disenfect your house!

Conni - I'm sweating bullets with you. I did the cardio only from the Viper. It as a fantastic workout. The C&W part is not bad at all but the IM2 part kicks butt and it was only about 50 mins.

I've had drama. One of my friends had a stroke! He's only 49! He's in the hospital now (ER)awaiting a room. It has me scared.
