Morning, hope you all are off to a nice Tuesday. :)

I won't be working out today, although hoping to have some time for stretching & ball rolling this evening.

Saw some new good w-o's on youtube last night that I will want to check out!!

Thanks for starting us all off today.

I managed RWH back/rear delts/biceps + ICE Blizzard Blast - boy that was tough. It was my first BB.

My DD is having a blast at university and my youngest is still in bed. She has a late start today. I am in such weird space with my kids growing up and moving on. heavy heart today. I miss my eldest scattering my weights everywhere and leaving a mess after a workout. I used to hate that. Ahhh life.

Have a great rest day Elsie and have a great day my friends in fitness.

Henriette - is it back to school today for your son too?
 
Hi gals,

I took the weekend off to let my back rest. Still not 100% but today I did Leslie Sansone's Just Walk the 4 Mile one which is 59 minutes including warm up and cooldown. Easiest thing I can do with nothing taxing my back.

Annette - I hope your back gets better soon. It's a real downer when you can't do everything you want and when regular stuff leaves you in pain.


My shins are still recovering. Maybe once recovered I really should consider doing a running plan, where you work up to running 5k for instance. Problem is when you are used to being athletic working up to something like that feels weird, practically a waste of time, but I've been reading into it and I think it migjt help my legs and protect my shins. Some of my problems may very well be due to imbalanced strength, so some muscles compensating for others. But for now, no running and no high impact cardio. I don't miss the first much but I definitely miss high impact cardio.

I guess it works out well that I wanted to do 30 days of body beast now.

I did Body Beast Build Back & Bi's tonight. Another real good w/o... Which I should stop saying, or else I will be saying that every day now. Not fun, but good but not a big calorie burn like with legs.

Henriette, I hope your shins are feeling better soon as well....it's awful when we can't do what we want to do,
But we must take care and recover so we can get back to our routines... Both of you take care.....
