Hi ladies,

Annette - shoes that are painful are not fitting you correctly. You need to return them. I discovered Rykas a few months ago, and those have taught me that shoes can be comfortable and supportive from day one, and you should not have to suffer through a breaking in period.

Today was GS BSB.

Today I tried shoes again and ended up taking them off and working out barefoot. I think they will be returned. My old shoes feel better.

I did KCM 30 Min.to fitness kickboxing then did Taebo Express Kicks and the ab one then did free weights for shoulders, biceps & triceps.

I am still trying to relose what I gained this past weekend. I did finally lose a little this morning.

Hi everyone,

I've been under the weather again!! nauseous last night just out of the blue, dizzy etc. My eldest is the same. She is home sick from school today so I stayed home with her.

I managed LBB - standing work only + stretch. If I feel up for it I will do some ab work later. I can't stomach cardio today. bleh.

See you all tomorrow. I hope I am in better form.

Forgot to chk in in Thursday. I did TJ 20 min cardio using weighted gloves. Good work on those workouts ladies!
