Good Saturday Morning everyone,

This morning I did a 2 segments from X10 - Step + low impact cos... my dvd's arrived. yeah!!!!! I loved this! I actually couldn't go on I was so spent. So... I moved on and did the abs workout from legs & abs. That was good too. A bit pilatesesque were some of the moves.

Carmen and Annette - did you pre-order?

I am excited about these workouts. Even my arms were drenched after only 31 minutes???? drenched!

Sorry so late, been crazy around here. DH ended up at the ER yesterday afternoon and was admitted to the hospital around 12:30 am this morning. Hopefully they can help him with his latest MS issues. Got up early anyways to do Rockout Knockout. It was pretty good. The only thing that worries me is the how many times some of the combos are repeated. I fear that I will get bored with that the same way I get bored with KPC.
Tomorrow is leg day, so I will do the new legs and abs dvd.

Sorry to read about your DH. I hope he is feeling better. Goodness - yesterday was already a busy day for you. I hope you are hanging in there.

Hi everyone,

This morning I did STS Squat Rack Legs week 3 + Lean Legs standing segment + part of firewalker segment. I am one sweaty mess. I hope to get in some abs later - just for fun to try out Cathe's dvd's.

Lean Legs - it really is a cardio workout for the first 20 minutes. I really liked it. It was a nice change from the heavy leg work I had just finished. It was like low impact cardio!
