Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!

This morning I tried out a premix from KCM's Your Best Body. It was tough but I don't understand the premixes - the cardio is hidden in the premixes but you cannot access the cardio in either stand alone workout?????? I am not sure why. Seems confusing to me.

Anyway.... enjoy your workouts and I hope you all have restful weekends.

If you post your query on VF I am sure someone could help you with the KCM issue.

Today was Center Floor - back is still twingy and I am trying not to test it too much. Tomorrow I will do cardio then I can swing back into the rotation on Monday as scheduled.

Cleaning, running a few errands, DS cleaned out garage and will be golfing soon. Patio furniture is out and I plan on sitting my tushy there this afternoon at some point!

Good Sunday morning ladies,

I am well rested. I napped for 2 hours yesterday and still fell asleep at 10pm!!!

This morning I did KCM's cardio blast workout 2 - plyometrics. That's a goodie.

Next I did the standing work for Cathe's Gym Style Legs - sans warm up - 30 minutes total.

Next I did Ab ripper x - yikes.

Overall - a great workout this morning.

And Carmen - yes, KCM is Kelly. The cardio is buried in the premixes of her new 'your best body'. It's a good dvd - i just would like to access the cardio as stand alone. it is not in the straight workouts at all.

Hi ladies,

Great mishmosh today Siobhan, I like the sounds of that one.

Today was cardio - I did Peak 10 Interval Burn. Back felt good throughout. I added the bonus ab workout from Patrick's LHB.

Yardwork, corned beef, NCAA basketball,cleaning...that's about it for today!
 
Happy Sunday ladies! I am pretty sore from the last two days of workouts. Rotations says STS total body but I think I'm going to go with Yoga today and save STS TB for tomorrow.

Taking son out for birthday dinner. Went shopping for a dress for my son's wedding thats coming in September. Tried on lots, and walked out empty handed. I still have time to look and get in better shape. ;)
