This morning I did KCM Circuit burn premix - cardio + boxing. Not too tough but used it as a warm up for STS Strength disc - chest and back. I did it more like a superset than using all the rests.
I am meeting up with Cathletes today. I am looking forward to it.

Today I did LIC entirely - except for that add on after the stretch. I cannot jump back into things once cooled down.

Conni - I do not have KCM kickboxing. Is that a good one? I read mixed reviews on that.
Carmen - meeting up with two other Cathletes was great. The have a post-graduate degree in Cathe. They've done road trips, have clothing etc... I can only dream. I am seriously thinking of eventually doing a road trip - maybe we should all consider that one day??????

Siobhan - I have entertained the idea of a road trip, but it has been prohibitive due to DH. Once the dust settles on all his issues, I really would love to have a trip that focuses on fitness!
KCM kickbox is good if you used weighted gloves, imo, and I do just that. I don't understand the negativity on this one, it is pretty much no frills, straight on combos that are typical Kelly. I like it as separate workouts and as a total 60 minute workout as well.
Today was AWT - I did Jari's Get Ripped. I upped the weights on this to get a challenge, and it was a nice workout today that didn't totally wipe me out.
Good Sunday Morning ladies -I took mom to church yesterday evening so I could sleep in a little today. Loved it.
This morning I did TurboFire HIIT 25 and this time I really have the choreo. The firestarter has been good for me to learn the moves. After that I did a 12 min intense total body workout that consisted for four exercises 50 sec of work; 10 sec of rest for 12 rounds. That really whipped me! The exercises were: half burpee to Plank w/side crunch then jump up and turn
back lunge with hammer curls (alternating legs)
sumo burpee w/push up then jump up
front lunge with side lateral shoulder raise (no weight)
I could only finish 9 rounds and had to breathe and cool down the last three rounds. Great workout.

Siobhan - Yes on that roadtrip idea. I've often told my hubby I want to go and tried for both the NJ and the Florida trip but I was not quick enough when the time came to sign up. Those fill up very fast.
