Good morning everyone,

Just starting things off...

This morning I started with Susan Chung's Rapid Fire but pulled it out after 16 minutes. I can't seem to get into the main workout but liked one of her premixes. I just don't like to have to think too much about choreography when I am working out!

So next I pulled out Cathe's Intensity DVD and did her double Hiit + bootcamp premix which was good. Now I have to find an ab workout. Busy day ahead. Goodness. Juiced my family back to health in less than half a day. DH is totally faking it to watch qualifying in bed for Formula 1.

Glad you are back. I just finished Jessica Smith's 10 pounds down better body blast 20 minute abs. Abs is her specialty I'd say.

I hope you squeeze in even a short one.

Hi ladies,

Sorry so late, really busy day. DS had golf, I had to get chores done, then we tackled the back beds that run along our property line. I have mulch coming next week, so I needed to finish the beds. Took us a good 6 hours, but we are done.

Before all that I did Jari's GER.

I am tired!!!

Carmen - Heading back to your neck of the woods next week, my boss and I are going back to finish our work in Panama City!
 
7:15 pm check in - no formal workout, just a lot of pulling, pushing, lifting, twisting, circular motions with hands and arms, and bending with all the indoor and outdoor cleaning we did. Took all day. Got a great sweat during all of that so I'm counting that as my workout today.

Sitting down to a homemade pasta dinner with a nice red wine my step son gave us for our anniversary.

Connie - weather here is beautiful...hope you get to enjoy a little of it while in Florida!

Sunday night check in

Good Sunday evening and Happy Mother's day! I hope you all had a fabulous day. We stayed in today. I skyped with my son in New York and other family member, that was nice to see them all.

Today I did TF HIIT 25 then 12 min of shoulders, bi, tris 50 sec of work, 10 sec of rest using 8lbs db.

Connie I like the TF HIIT 25. another winner. I'd love to hear your review of firestarter.

Siobhan/Annette I hope you squeezed in a workout and enjoyed the day.

First day back to work tomorrow after 12 days off! :confused:
