Today I did STS Squat Rack Legs and mixed in Hoco Body Blast one minute segments during the 150 second rest periods. It was tough.

I have an assignment to work on today.

I actually did 1 Taebo Express this morning.

Went to hear Celtic Woman concert at Wolf Trap.

Now we are stuck on 15 because of an accident.

Will get home sometime.

Today I did shoulders/biceps/triceps - STS Meso 3 + SBF cardio workout for 15 minutes.
