Good Saturday morning friends,

Today I did Cathe Legs & Abs dvd - I just did the first 21 minutes standing portion.

Next I did a 20 minute MH Legs/abs/hiit workout + MH 15 weighted abs workout.

Beautiful day today. We have a long weekend here. yeah.

I actually worked out today. I did KCM warm up to a premix on the Plateau Buster one the ended up doing KCM Cardio Blast athletic step the no step option. I was still a sweaty mess.

Squishogram went ok.

Got DS off to the airport via the shuttle at school. That worked really well. He is taking off for Chicago in an hour, then on to London. I really wish I was going too, such an adventure.

Today was Cathe Live Roadtrip kickboxing - good cardio that wasn't a killer at all.

Now I am cleaning the house and doing a few errands...missing my boy already.
 
Good morning ladies,

Today I did a bagel run for my family and our two neighbours before starting my workout. Nothing like a warm, chewy Montreal bagel fresh out of the oven. Alas, no bagel for me. I cannot work that stuff off anymore.

This morning I did Noco Bootcamp - 38 minutes (I drop dead at that point everytime) + a 30 minute Millionaire Hoy Upper Body Circuit. Whoa.

Have a good day everyone. Today I am studying some more and taking our Irish neighbours to the lake later - hopefully. DH and DD's are cleaning, tidying, grocery shopping and finishing laundry - but not me :)

Conni - I saw on FB that your son landed safely. I hope he has a great time.

DS is having a ball. They had a great tour and are on the Eye of London as I type. I will be making this trip with him in the future, that's for sure.
Today was KCM Cardio Sculpt, a 70 minute circuit workout that is right up with Cathe intensity wise.
Cleaning DS's room today, chores and all that fun stuff...
