Daily Check in Saturday and Sunday March 31, 2012 and April 1, 2012

Good Saturday morning friends,

This morning I did KCM Your Best Body Premix - workout 2 + cardio rests.

Beforehand, however, I warmed up with Cathe's Drill Max Premix - Cardio Blast. Both were 39 minutes. I forgot how much I love drill max and how I can recite everything Cathe says. I used to do this one a lot when I first got it.

Carmen - Picture me singing "defying gravity" very loudly in your honor today!

Siobhan - You know me too well.
Got my haircut, scrubbed floors, vaccumed, furminated Sherman, took him for a walk. Went to our community showcase and watched DS perform excerpts from the school musical " Little shop of Horrors". Walked home, made cookies, am doing laundry and have a meatloaf in the oven. Whew!

Before all that I did LBB.

Ready for the NCAA final 4 in a few!

Conni - I could use a little of you in me. I used to be more of a go getter when younger but I've slowed down it seems.

This morning I did STS Total Body. That is a tough workout. VF'ers are saying Mary is having a sale starting today. I am really looking hard at some of the exhale core fusion workouts. Tried the 10 minute segments on line last evg. I liked them. Have either of you tried these?

Enjoy your day. I am off to read the paper, shower, mass, then visit a high school friend out of town.

Hi ladies,

I seem to have 2 speeds, fast and fall over! Today is more of yesterday, trying to help DS get lawnwork going, and doing my own cleaning at the same time. I cleaned our family room carpet today, I wanted to do that again before Easter hit.

Just looked at the sale, not really impressed...which is a good thing!:cool:

Today was Bob Harpers Totally Ripped Core workout. I still have to do Cardiosupersets, maybe tomorrow instead of MMA on the April rotation.

Hi ladies -Just did the cardio and weight premix on BodyMax 2 (70 min). I'm still on the last week of the March rotation. I will jump into the April rotation at week two. whew...I'm tired reading your check ins!!! You both have great energy today.

Its a gorgeous day today :cool:. trying to declutter and do a little laundry.

The show yesterday was fabulous. I loved it. My husband took me out to dinner afterwards. I told him it felt like a real date.
