Good morning everyone,

Today I did RWH back/biceps + Qinetic XFA arm intensity workout. I did my own stretch.

Sorry to read some of you are not feeling well enough to work out. It's such a bummer. I have a nasty cold but managed to workout today. I plied myself with ACV and coconut oil which helped.

Good day ladies, today I did Athletic training, then 4 sets of chin-ups and pull-ups with the bar,12 reps each, then relaxed with Stretch max no equipment. Also enjoyed this sunny Saturday doing a long walk with the dogs.
Cecififi you worked hard today! Just Rwh is tough in itself.
 
I did a little of ICE Metabolic Total Body this morning.. I swear this week was one thing after another for me ,but now, I feel like i'm over the hump with all things.. Tweaked my back earlier this week, that is doing awesome now, but woke up with a boomer of a headache this morning which I knew was from my neck.. I had a massage planned for my back today anyway so that helped everything..Finally after lunch my headache went away.. now I'm feeling great, just tired. Like I should go take a nap!! Haha! I love naps! I think I'm going to rest the body today and tomorrow so I'm ready to start again Monday!

Excellent workouts ladies. :) Headaches from the neck are the worst, Dawn. I hate those. I cannot do many floor core workouts cause I'll get neck problems that turns into a headache for nearly a week. Not worth it at all!
Yesterday/Sat went on a long walk, another gorgeous day & had a late night workout session: did short Ilyse Baker Upper Body from fitnessGlo, ICE MMelt Back & finished with band overhead jackhammers.
Hoping tomorrow/Sun will be Leg day. Haven't decided exactly which I will do yet.
 
Sunday: Imax 3 learning session. This w/o is new to me a so it will take time to learn all of the combos. Today I was able to go through the first five combos with the blasts. The music and the combos are fun, but in the beginning when you are so concentrated on learning them it is a bit frustrating having to rewind and slow down. But I like that a w/0can challenge my brain as well as my body

Dawn - I hope your neck and headache completely improve. You asked earlier in the week if I often suffer from headaches/migraines and the answer is yes. Since I hit puberty I have headaches nearly daily. Minor ones I barely notice as I am so used to them, but migraines or bad cluster headaches can really knock me out. Sometimes I cannot stand lights or loud sounds. Earlier this week I had taken medicine for my migraine and then we were driving in my new car trying to figure out how everything works and my son accidentally blasted out a song, when he tried connecting my phone to the car sound system. That brought the migraine right back and a lot worse. He felt terrible, but I really couldn't blame him. He's only 9 and neither he nor I could have predicted that would happen. I have head many doctors appointments over the years for my headaches, kept special headache journals etc., even had an MRI... but they can't find any explanation for it and just say take it easy, that I do too much. Yes, I am busy... work full-time, give bball trainings 3 times a week, and coach games on weekends and of course I want 5-6 days of workouts for myself too, but that's how I like it. I mean I work for money, and all the other things I really enjoy and seeing I have an office job I need to move at night.

Yesterday I did Body Max 2, the step combo's which I had started with last Saturday, but ran out of time with followed by the Power Circuits. There were four of them, but I stopped after the 3rd. Like Sally said, learning sessions can be frustrating, so I think I spent nearly an hour doing the cardio blast premix without actually completing it, but after a really busy day of errands I'd had enough with mind work.

Today I wanted more fun, so I went back to an old favorite, Turbo Fire 55, only I wasn't that into it today. Perhaps I have done it too often, or the fact that it is steady rate cardio for the most part was kind of boring me today. I completed it, burning 480 kcal and then decided to try another KCM that I had not done yet. Muscle Up. I did premix 2, full body, shorter version so 49 min. That was a good workout and burnt an extra 350kcal (perhaps also from afterburn from TF), but now I at least feel like I have had a good workout and I was not short on time today for a change.

Tomorrow I start the ICE and XTrain rotation. I look forward to that.

rest day for me. I am sick! on the couch since yesterday afternoon. I hope to feel better soon.

Henrietta - goodness, headaches daily? that's gotta be tough. you sure manage them well, still doing all that you love to do.
sandy - IMAX 3! i'm jealous.

Tonight did a FitnessBlender 40 min heavy weights lower body, my own isometric leg work & extended stretching. My lats were so stiff from ICE MMelt Back yesterday!
