I don't think I'll get a wo in today. I've got some stuff going on with the kids. If I do get a chance it will be S/H legs and shoulders.

I'm going shopping for a new vacuum cleaner! Mine is awful and I've go loads of dog hair swirling around my house!

Hi all,

Good luck vaccum shopping. I love Bissell, myself. I have been through Hoovers, Dirt Devil, etc., and Bissell has the best longevity for me.

Today was Patrick's Step my Way and Ab hits.

Can't wait to see the next rotation!

Phyllis, I hear you on the dog hair plus add in 2 cats into the mix, and I think I could make a quilt or blanket with all the fur that is in my dh's shop vac,LOL!! Hope you find one.

I did Muscle Max upper body premix and abs off of MIS today for my workout.
