Off to do HIIT on the treadmill and abs.
My brother bought me the AOS Providence dvd last night!!:) :D I can't wait!!

Phyllis~ How was BC yesterday? You can do anything for a minute ;)

Becky~ I hope you got a good nights sleep!!

Vilma~ I hope I can do the AOS providence dvd, I am going to get a 20# kb today!! What kb workout did you do yesterday?

Hi Deanie, Good Morning Everyone !
How exciting about the new KB workout !!!!:D I'm excited for you !!!:D

No workout yesterday at all because my MIL had a fall and Friday at 1:30 AM we got a call from lifeline & we had to go get her up .
It was a chaotic, stressful day yesterday taking care of her, getting her to the hospital, talking to drs , etc...
She is back home but we'll be there most of the weekend as she shouldn't be alone.

I'd love to sneak in the UB workout that I missed yesterday but don't know if I'll have time.

This weekend isn't exactly going as planned.......:(

After the lack of sleep friday night, I DID sleep last night, so at least there's THAT ! and that helps A LOT !!!

Deanie ~ You will love AOS Providence. I also have AOS Newport and Firepower but I'm askeered to actually do them yet :confused:

Hi ladies!

Deanie, BC was great! My obliques are sore today as I really pushed on the twists. The intensity series had my favorite ab work.

Becky, I'm sorry to hear about you MIL. Why did she fall? Did something happen to cause it or was it just a misstep? I hope all is well.

Tammy, SJP is a great one - all except the last hi/lo. I just don't like it.

RS for me today. Yippee!!
 
Good Saturday Morning Ladies! :)

After seeing all the Imax mentions around here - I've decided to do Imax 2 today for my cardio.

Deanie - How cool is your brother for getting you that dvd. I'm thinking you'll be fine with Providence. From what I've heard Anthony talks about the exercise before he does them granted no tutorial section but this is his 1st follow along dvd and all I've heard is praise over it :)

I did Lauren Brook's kettlebell dvd - I usually call it On The Edge like some do around the fitness sites.

I finally got my 12kg/26.4 Lb kbell the other night and used it for the suitcase deadlifts, swings and russian twists...whoa big difference. :p:D
Besides that I use my 8k bell for the rest of the workout then I did my TGUs using my 15#bell when her dvd finished.

Having the different sizes is nice.


Becky So sorry to hear about your mil and your day yesterday. Here's hoping your weekend gets better.

Tammy I have AOS Newport and doing sections at a time before or after my regular kettlebell workout - that is one tough workout to follow and he goes quite fast in the moves. Its one I hope to work up too eventually.

Hi Deanie, I still have a cough and my voice isn't 100% and I am still blowing my nose but I can breathe through my nose which is a good thing. I have to go to work this afternoon so hopefully I will have a nice evening at work.

I did not workout I did however walk to a new seamtress' house for her to alter a jacket I just got. I also of course walked home. So I did get outside and into the fresh air.

Becky - So sorry to hear of your MIL's fall. I will say a prayer for her recovery.

Phyllis, Vilma - The intensity series is the best Cathe series she has ever done! I rarely sub those!..lol..

Today was Circuit - I did one of my party workouts - Christi's Fit to Dance. Fun and good. I don't understand why I sweat so much on this workout, the intensity is not
"puke in a bucket", but I get a good workout every time.

Cleaning, taking care of Sherman and picking up some Xmas gifts at Walmart today.
