Good Morning Glories!

Sorry I have been MIA, but there wasn't much to report. The doctor said I had a muscle strain so he gave me muscle relaxers. They didn't help at all, so I decided to work out anyway. In between I came down with the nasty cold that is going around. Thursday and Friday I did some of Cathe's lighter workouts to try to ease my way back to exercising. I was VERY glad to see this week end.

For some reason I CANNOT get my arse out of bed @ 5 am anymore, so I have been working out after work. Today I plan one of the high step circuits.

Good MOrning gals

Today was supposed to be a treadmill run and abs, but I slept in. I will try to do it later today :confused: I was so hungry when I woke up there was no way I was working out!!!

Tammy ~ welcome back! glad to hear you are doing better.

Phyllis ~ I am so sorry for your loss! ((((((HUGS))))) I hope your children are okay, loss of a pet is always so hard.

Welcome back Tammy, take it easy working out with relaxers, you can injure yourself more but you won't realize it until it is too late. The relaxers will "disguise" additional damage you may be doing..

Today was KM. I had traded it away , but got another copy when I thought I could use my rebounder with it now. I did the whole thing, and used my rebounder on the 15 minute challenge section. So much better impact-wise now, this workout has gone up several notches now for me.

Sherman went to the vet today for shots, etc. He has doubled in size in just a month, but it doing fantastic. What a sweet addition to our family.

I just finished cleanmax and now I'm lounging and doing laundrymax. My DH went out car shopping...maybe I shouldn't have let him go alone :confused:

Deanie ~ Did you get that tm run in? Sleeping in on a Saturday is always a good thing ;)

Conni ~ I am interested in the KM on the rebounder thing. I LOATHE that workout, but you have peeked my interest. Thanks for the advice about working out while taking the muscle relaxer...I had thought about that and I am modifying my workouts until I feel better.
