Hello gang. The rain has finally stopped but it's very soggy and cloudy here. The local Septemberfest celebration has been postponed until tomorrow. It is a yearly thing including, a parade, rides and food and the local park, and fireworks at night. The firework show is always awesome!

Today will be back and biceps.

Beavs, any idea when you will work out now. 6:30 is awfully early to be at work.

Hi All!

Today was CLX BC#3 and LowMax intervals 1-4 (Thanks Patti!!) I just finished CleanMax and I'm off to the showers. Not sure what's up for the rest of the day.

Beavs ~ YIKES!! I thought getting up @ 5am was rough, although lately I can't seem to get out of bed before 6am

I did SS MIU today. Got lots of errands done, Ds at golf league right now, then I will get dinner started.
