Good morning ladies! Our power rack was delivered last night. I cant wait to use it. Today we are running around getting things ready for upcoming trip to Key West on Tuesday. I need this vacation sooooo bad!. Horrible day at work yesterday. Boss and I had a big blow out. She is the biggest drama queen and really believes her own hype! I was on the verge of walking out and she even used the the words "toss you out" Although she apologied and hugged me afterwards, I cannot continue working with someone that drains the life out of me. Next August can't come soon enough.
sigh!.....I plan to eat, sleep, and pray during my vacation!

Good Golly Carmen. That is awful. How can an employer speak like that? That is clearly a person who cannot communicate effectively or manage her emotions. I am happy to hear you have a possible job prospect for later in the new year.
Today I did Delta Fit Phase 1, workout 1. Just lovin' this set. There are so many workouts on this!
Next, I did Cathe's Circuit Blast. I am spent.

Hi ladies,
Carmen - I am sorry to hear how bad things have progressed for you. Trouble in the workplace interferes with all kinds of aspects of your life, hang in there.
Trying to keep DH out of hospital this weekend, pain is escalating again, and the ER is not only expensive, but it is a temp fix at best. I think he needs to be admitted but of course this stuff always happens on the weekend when nothing can be done...ugh.
Today was SS Firm it Up for my leg work today.
Yoga tomorrow, if I am not in a hospital waiting room.

It's Sunday.
This morning I did PLB entirely + 1/2 of Eoin Finn's Thursday Blissology. I hope to finish it later. I just run out of steam. Breathing was tough with PLB. I will see someone tomorrow after work.
Conni - I am sorry to hear about your DH. I hope you didn't have to go to the hospital. I was confused by your comment about paying to go to the emergency. We do not pay for health care here (other than through taxes). How much does it cost to go to the emergency? are there varying prices depending on the health concern?

Afternoon check in: Hi again, just finished Blissology - Monday session. Wow, feels great.
Below is a picture of one my dogs. This is Bella she is a pitbull and this morning she made the Naughty list. She got a hold of a pen and destroyed it leaving ink all over my newly tiled floors! Santa is going to hear about this!

Siobhan - here we have copays with our health insurance. that is the out of pocket figure that we pay for every doctor visit, er, etc, that we have regardless of our deductible. For instance, my insurance deductible and out of pocket max has been met for the year, but it covers services, hospitalization, etc. We still pay a price for every office visit we have. Our ER copay is alot higher, because the companies don't want you going to the ER for every little thing. Ex. - we go to the doctor and pay between 20-40 dollars. The ER is $200.00. Ouchie.
Today was HC volume 3. Still not sure if I like these...
