Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did an hour of shoulder weight work, along with some of the plate exercises that I will be using in my new workouts. So some squats and lunges and floorwork abs, legs and glutes.

Then I did 12 minutes on the stair machine for a touch of cardio.
