Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "Cycle Circuit" - 41 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. "No Repeats" Rowing & Weights EMOM

That's it. Mostly cardio today, with weights thrown in....here & there in both workouts.....

Hi ladies,

Today I found another Fit Combat workout same instructor it was 45 minutes. My only beef with this one was the dubbing and music was slightly out of sync. Otherwise, this one was /felt very powerful and was fun to do.

I am concentrating on stretch and mobility until I can get my right leg back to normal
STS 2.0 Standing Abs and Floorwork for 17 minutes
STS 2.0 Total Body Stretching for 25 minutes
Hardcore Stretch Max #2 Stability Ball for 19 minutes

STS 2.0 Standing Abs and Floorwork for 17 minutes - Love this one, it's so good!
STS 2.0 Total Body Stretching for 25 minutes - I reach for this one off and on and it's always a gem!
Hardcore Stretch Max #2 Stability Ball for 19 minutes - Stretch Max has a nice stretches on that dvd. The stability ball one is keeper. Great stuff today that all sound gentle and injury friendly. WTG & high fives on your stretch & mobility type workouts today:) Have a restful evening;)
