Hardcore Stretch Max #2 Stability Ball for 19 minutes - Stretch Max has a nice stretches on that dvd. The stability ball one is keeper. Great stuff today that all sound gentle and injury friendly. WTG & high fives on your stretch & mobility type workouts today
