Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Cathe Live Burn Sets for chest/back/shoulders - 33/47 minutes. I moved onto a 15 minute nobadaddiction cardio workout. I will stretch now.

Still not feeling the best, made a dr appt later, but this morning I did FitTower Long & Strong dvd mix of
warmup, upper body section & stretch which came to about 17 min. I know, not much, but at least
a little something....

Hi ladies,

After some floor scrubbing, I did a Cardio Kickboxing workout by Robin Chapman honestly it was boxing only no kicks were found in this very sweaty energetic workout. I used 3 pound hand weights for the 1st part of the workout then nothing for a bit then picked up my boxing gloves to finish the cardio. I stopped at 39 minutes not wanting to do floorwork.

Very aerobic and fast paced workout.

Nice workouts so far. Hope you feel better Linda!

Annette, you are welcome to do my floors anytime! That's my least favorite besides toilet! Anyway, good job with Cardio Kickboxing workout by Robin Chapman :)
