Hi gals,

Today I taught my aerobic circuit at the gym for 51 minutes to 2 members. Then I did 30 minutes of weight work including abs and legs.

I really wanted to do a kickbox workout so I came home and did KCM Total Kickbox but honestly there isn't much kicking in the workout. So that workout was kind of a letdown .

Anyway over the weekend we bought a new to us car and of course paid to much and spent way too much time at the dealership.

But now middle son has a car to drive to work and I have my vehicle back.

Today too! This may be a rest day for me as well, if I do get around to a workout, it will be a short20 min or so
Low impact workout w/ Tracie Long. And of course my walk, if it doesn't rain, but it looks like it could anytime,
Guess I'll be taking the umbrella! Everyone have a good evening and "hi" to Henriette if she comes along

Well I came back to say that I did do my Tracie workout, but it wasn't too hard so I did a short 20 min workout on
My rebounder as well..it did rain, so we weren't able to take our walk completely around the block, just went as far
As we had to go to take care of business! LOL ! So the evening wasn't a total wash- out!

Late check in. I didn't actually manage a workout yesterday :(

It was just one of those Mondays where all sorts of stuff was going wrong, incl. my physio aptmt not actually taking place. Something had gone wrong in the planning and I was not on the calendar so I drove there and waited about for a long time, wondering what was happening. I did speak with the physio and watch her schedule an appointment for next week (the rest of the week is just too full with work and basketball trainings) and then I asked what was best to do until then, if I could still do sports. She said a workout before then would be fine. A workout? As in 1??? Yes. Yikes, I normally do 5-6 days a week. She said that was way too much, so then I kept asking what can I do and would should I not do until she has determined what the real problem is. She said low impact was fine, but nothing on my toes, or heels and no running or jumping. Gee.... I think that leaves walking and upper body. At first when she said low impact was okay, I thought great I can do barre, but that is also on your toes. This will be a challenge!

Anyways, once we got home it was after 21.00 and my stomach was still acting up so with all the limitations to my w/o I decided to just rest. I was exhausted anyways. Days where things go wrong all the time seem to have that effect on me. Depending on how my stomach is feeling I hope to at least get some upper body workouts in and some walks this week, but no step, kickbox, dance, barre, HiiT, blasts, MTB or just about any other workout that I enjoy. :eek:

I was told if my splints are acting up, then we cannot start any treatment so it is best to really take it easy.
