I did 'This is Taebo' using weighted gloves for half of it, then taking them off. For some reason this is the only workout that I don't watch the clock on, I really like it. I am finding myself constantly watching the clock on most of my other workouts.
I am still losing so that it good I just wish I had more 'fun' workout that I thoroughly would enjoy doing, it is becoming a chore and and HATE that.
