I took a rest day yesterday (My DDs visiting these past few weeks is throwing off my workout schedule). Today I did a 45 minute C&E lower body workout. I loved the format: very heavy weight followed by a bodyweight move for the same muscle. Does Cathe have something like this? I guess I could create something in the blender.

IFit- "2021 Chicago Marathon Treadmill Warmup- 18 Min. (of course, I walked on the treadmill :))
Blender- "10 min. Pre-Workout Mobility"
Blender- "More Upper Body" - 20 min.
Hydrow- 5 min. Rowing Cooldown & Static Stretching-Miami Beach, Florida

Yay!! She's back!!

Today I did 33 minutes of the original Advanced Taebo, I stopped at the floorwork. As some might remember it is very fast paced but great cardio!!

The Original Advanced Taebo= 33 minutes stopped before the floor work. Yes, That one is a very intense and fast paced workout, WTG & Bravo, that's a tough one. Plus your add-on of Sun Max of 2:10 min, good for you!
