Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more daily burn - just can't get enough of this stuff. I am a cathe diehard but something has shifted for me with DB.

Question of the day: If you were suddenly gifted a small pet, and it did not have a name, what name would you give your new pet? I love the name Mr. Scratchy Pants for a dog. My family would not allow me to name our dog Maisy Mr. Scratchy Pants when we first got her. They vetoed it. Or, alternatively, I would name my dog Nancy after Nancy Drew - even if my dog was male. I love Nancy Drew. I am still reading her books - online now

Good Morning Siobahn. I might try the Daily Burn. Thanks for the info. I did Mike Donavanik for 2 months. It was nice but his stuff can be really tough and I prefer a solid hour. DB looks quite nice in the variety of stuff they have. Anyway....small animal! My name might change if it were a cat or a dog or a ferret etc. Cat- Mr Chinks (don't know why, it just popped into my head), dog- Pipster (again I don't know why). Interesting question though!

The step mother is who she is...miserable and selfish. I've LONG ago stopped trying so hard to become a part of her world. I saw my Dad whenever I wanted and ignored her. Her behavior was not going to keep me away, period! There are people in life you just have to avoid- family or not- because they suck the life out of you if you let them. Life is too short and precious to waste time and energy on THAT stress.

This morning I did Cathe Live #50- Muscle Max-no step. Very nice.

Oh, that's a tough question for me as the animals who have loved me came with their name & I just gave them a nickname based on their personality. I do really like Mr. Scratchy Pants though! I cannot believe that got vetoed. The names I like are Daisy, Cumin, Pepper, Wild Bill, Jingles and Roxy Roller.
Those are TRUE words, Peg. Learned the hard way!! Not every relationship is meant to be mutually healthy I guess. But I just need to steer away from those who create a helluva chaos from virtually nothing.

Hi ladies,

It's official... a whole week of nothing ahead of me. Unfortunately I did not manage to sleep in, but instead woke up at 7. It was still dark out! My body needs sleep, but it isn't all that comfortable.

I spent a lot of today organizing things in the nursery and starting with all the laundry for the baby. You never know when we will need it so it's good to have it all ready and with 5 of us here already, there is always more laundry to do.

I did take time to just relax in the hammock with a book and talk to my mom.

I also did a 45min Sh'bam dance workout followed by Gym Style back and biceps. It was nice not being under any time pressure and just enjoying my workouts. I have so much fun with the dance ones, although I am so happy to be doing them at home where no one sees me. Must be a right sight at the moment, dancing when I look ready to pop.

And weight lifting... I just love it! I even got myself a little silver chain and charms, dumbbell and a tag saying strong is beautiful. It's tiny, but makes me smile every time I see it in the mirror.

As for pet name... not sure. We are seriously talking about getting a dog soon, so I don't think I can come up with any names right now.

Siobhan - I was obsessed with Nancy Drew in middle school. She was awesome and I always wished I could be just like her. Later I watched Veronica Mars when I was probably too old for it, but it reminded me of Nancy Drew. Then again when are you too old for something? Is there such a thing? I still love reading young adult books and tv shows and movies taking place in High School and don't get me started on Disney. You can never be too old for Disney!

Another Nancy Drew fan here! When I was little, I collected the whole hard cover set, but ended up giving them
To my niece, along with my Barbie, Ken, Midge, & Skipper., not sure what she did with them through the years.

Pet name, it would probably have to be Gizmo . Coco already had his name when I got him from the SPCA
So I didn't change it. I may take a rest day this evening....

Oh, Henriette, no new baby yet!! She didn't come to work today, so I imagine it won't be long.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my long circuit class to 5 ladies for an hour and 3 minutes. It was a killer.

Then I did about 30 minutes of dumbbells and cable work.

Unfortunately, the vet can't see our cat today, and she is off tomorrow, so it will be Wednesday before anything is decided granted I can get an appointment due to a cancellation, sigh[emoji53].

I also read Nancy Drew books and loved them .

Not sure I am in the right frame of mind to think of pet names. Sorry.
