Hi everyone,

Today I had 5 ladies for my hour long intro to kickboxing circuit Silver and Fit class.

Then I did 40 minutes of weight work including barbell, dumbbells, machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Need to run some errands.

Add in appropriately 2 hours of housework, including laundry, floors(bathrooms and family room and hall), clearing off a table because the cats threw up on the tablecloth in order to get the tablecloth off, and then soaking the placemats. Vacuuming downstairs also.
