Today was Gym Styles BSB..

At work half a day then home to take care of DH - that is my schedule for a few weeks, lots to do before I can leave!!! I work at home also, but this is crazy !

Despite how busy you are - you always manage a workout. You are amazing. Really. I hope things quieten down for you.

Today I did Meso 3 - chest and did a KCM Circuit Burn cardio premix during the 75 second rests. I added on a Tracey Mallett ab segment and 65 push ups. It was a long workout but good.

Good workouts from us all this weekend.
