At work half a day then home to take care of DH - that is my schedule for a few weeks, lots to do before I can leave!!! I work at home also, but this is crazy !

Today I did Meso 3 - chest and did a KCM Circuit Burn cardio premix during the 75 second rests. I added on a Tracey Mallett ab segment and 65 push ups. It was a long workout but good.
