Daily Check In, Monday Oct. 12

Hi Conni and all to follow,

Today was 30 minutes of the Ultimate Taebo and then 40 minutes at the gym hitting chest really hard and all hitting biceps, triceps, back, shoulders (lightly), and abs and a little legs.

I am finding that my neck doesn't hurt as much if I stick to dumbbells and avoid the barbell.

Hi ladies today I did Gym Style back shoulders and biceps, just a premixe of 36 minutes, but that was enough. Then I did a challenge from Xtrain, disc three, super cuts if I'm not mistaken: hip thrusts with the bar. Great exercise as always. Found the exercises with the band on Gs the most difficult. Have a good day
 
Hi ladies. Today I took a rest day. Me and the fam jam took a long walk in the park with the dog. Beautiful day here. Spent rest of the day cooking. Great workouts everyone.
