Hi everyone,

Monday is here again. Oh joy...

Today was TF EZ 55 and CLX Ab Burner. I don't do this one enough, it was alot of fun, and not EZ!
 
Def NOT easy Connie !!!

I did STS disc 4 chest shoulders biceps & extended stretch. Walk with dogs later !

Have a good one....as good as a Monday can be anyway.........;)
 
Hi ladies. No workout for me today. When I get back I will need a high dose of cardio for sure. Lovin the time with the baby.
 
Hi All!

This morning was a 25 minute treadmill run followed by 24 rounds of KB swings, 30 sec rest/30 sec work.

Carmen ~ Glad you are having a glorious visit with your grandbaby.

Becky ~ Are you doing an STS rotation? Great job on the workout...love how you mix up walks and hikes into your rotations.

Conni ~ DEFINITELY not EZ...those workouts are killer!
