Today I taught my aerobic circuit class to 6 ladies then I did 45 minutes of weight work including abs and legs.

Hi Annette and all still to follow,

Today I didn't get to start my w/o until after 9 due to the bball training and a late dinner so it had to be quick. I did 45min strength endurance training... Like Phat. Boy I thought I was going to pass out! Completely different style of training to EDT where you can take more rests. I guess I could have done that here too, but that sorta beats the purpose of PHAT right?

I hope you are on the mend henriette. Good workout Annette. Today I did a mish mosh. I did EDT cathe WB chest/triceps + my own Cathe WB workout of PUB with Cross Fire mixed in. I ended with extra CF cardio sets. It was good and sweaty and fun.

Hi to everybody, Calico, Ceci, Henriette, Elsie, tlc, hope your days were good. I must say, I really don't like this
Time change, it gets dark so early!!! I did a back workout (very carefully) with cardio step intervals blender mix.
Like 3 back exercises, then a cardio segment, and so forth...abt 30 min. Good evening to all of you...
