Good morning ladies! Today is one of my "short" days.....

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "15 min. Total Body Weights with Sammy"
YT-CrossRope- 10 min. Jump Rope and Standing Core (Jennika)

Today I did a short mix of: 23 minutes abs/stretch with growingananas and 15 minutes of a lymphatic drainage workout from YT. It's essentially a rest day.

Linda - great mix this morning! Is Sammy a dog?

Hee Hee, no, Sammy is Kelly's "right-hand" girl! She's been with Kelly for years & years. I really like her,
she can be so darn funny, sometimes....Kelly likes to "bug her" alot, by adding on bonus reps, or holding
an exercise longer than usual, or adding in things like longer quad stretches, etc that Sammy doesn't particularly like, or at least acts like she doesn't.........It's really cute........

Nice workout this morning with 23 minutes abs/stretch with growingananas and 15 minutes of a lymphatic drainage workout from YT. I guess I get in some lymphatic drainage when I do rebounder workouts.

It's a good one, Siobhan. By the way, what is lymphatic drainage workout? I'll have to check this one out.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a new weight rotation for building muscles. So day 1 was Chest/ Triceps entailing flat bench press with sets of 12,10,10,8; Incline Dumbbell Bench Press sets of 12,10, 8; Pec Deck Machine Fly sets of 12, 10, 8; Triceps Rope Pull 12, 10, 8; Dumbbell Kickbacks sets of 10,10,8. Plus I added 1 chest lying flat machine, 1 tricep machine, and 1 more Dumbbell tricep exercise. Then of course my floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Ended up being 70 minutes which was right in the middle of the time the workout said it should last.

So that is it.
