Hi gals,
Today I did 11 minutes on the stair machine then 11 minutes of weight work for chest and shoulders then 11 minutes on the elliptical. Then I taught my aerobic circuit class to 6 ladies. After that I finished up my before class circuit with 12 minutes of floor abs and legwork.
So all in all 95 minutes of a circuit workout, whew!! I am done!
