Today was a rest day - I did the Ali McGraw Yoga ....again.
 
Hi everyone,

Today I did Cathe Live Boxing for 30 minutes (minus stability ball abs). I forgot I did this one just the other day. Next I did a short Tara Lee Yoga segment (20 minutes) and then did a nice Tara Brach meditation for 15 minutes.

So I guess it was a stretch day for us both Conni! And repeat workouts! I made my DH do Cathe's Live Upper Body workout yesterday. He said it was tough.

I love the contrast training JNL does. Tapout is outstanding too. If I can find another one I will grab that too k?

Hi gals,

I went to the gym with my son and did a full body workout for about 50 min. Tried the elliptical for 5 min. which was 2 minutes longer than I lasted last week, LOL!! My legs are like jelly when I get off that machine.

Tomorrow will be a rest day since we have to take oldest son back to John's Hopkins for an appointment with the plastic surgeon about his upcoming back surgery(praying a date can be arrived upon between the neurosurgeon and the plastic surgeon for them both to be available and that the plastic surgeon thinks he can fix son's back once all is said and done).

It will be back to the gym on Wednesday.
