Good morning, lovelies!

Today is Xtrain Burn Sets: Chest, back and shoulders + Core #1 = 61 minutes.

I think I’m finally over the hump of “ugh, I’m tired — do I have to work out?” And I’ve finally made it back to “Woohoo! What are we doing today?!” (Cue Golden Retriever excited face).

SuperCuts did something to me over the weekend and I finally have my energy and excitement back. Also, my hip finally doesn’t hurt for the first time in about two years. I’m taking advantage of this and exploiting it. Such a great feeling. Im so happy.

Light day of school and housework plus Turkey-Day prep beyond that. No leaves today (maybe).

Have a great Thanksgiving Monday!

Good morning Anita and everyone! Thanks for starting us off this AM!

Xtrain Burn Sets: Chest, Back & Shoulders... sounds great! Enjoy.! Yes, Supercuts is a
good one, I especially like the Chest flys with tubing, the functional shoulders/core move
with tubing and the situps with tubing (I use those particular moves alot) Sounds like you
have a busy week coming up!

Today's workouts:

Blender- Low Impact Cardio & Upper Body Express - 20 min.
YT-CoffeyFit Raw- 15 min. Boxing with egg weights Finisher
YT-Alumbra Sport- 20 min. Ropeless Jump Rope Cardio session

I hope to get to "Clean Max" today, or at least get something done. I use to try to do
all cleaning in one day. Now....I take several days just to get normal weekly cleaning
done....take a few days off, then start over again. Do you prepare Thanksgiving
meal for just your family or do you have alot of family coming in? I watched a cute
movie last night on Hallmark- "Holiday Hotline". This guy needed help cooking
a turkey and of course, it went from there....it was a cute holiday movie..

Enjoy your day girls!

Good Morning Everyone,

Enjoy your Thanksgiving dinner prep Anita. We had Thanksgiving the first weekend in October. It's just so much planning, cleaning, cooking, baking but well worth it. Throwing a holiday dinner is a skill. Thank goodness my DD's love to cook and bake (but not clean).

Today I did Cathe's Stacked Lower Body (haven't done that one in a while). I added on another two segments of Hoco which was about 10 minutes. All in all it's a 48 minute workout. I will do my own stretch now.

Have a great day everyone.

Hi Linda!
Blender- Low Impact Cardio & Upper Body Express - 20 min.
YT-CoffeyFit Raw- 15 min. Boxing with egg weights Finisher
YT-Alumbra Sport- 20 min. Ropeless Jump Rope Cardio session
Looks great! (What is an “egg weight”? I must know.)
CLEAN MAX… my least favorite of the Max’s (except maybe Grocery Max — they take turns being the worst)
So, the “turkey-cooking hotline“ turned into a lovely relationship for the main characters in the HallMark movie, I take it? LOL Honestly, there are worse ways to meet someone. And sometimes you just need a sweet movie with a happy ending. I’m so tired of the doom and gloom. Warm and fuzzy, for the win.

Good morning Siobhan! (Did I spell that correctly? If not, I *do* know how to pronounce it, at least, LOL)
You’re Canadian?! (Thanksgiving in October) Fun! Whereabouts?
Cathe's Stacked Lower Body is a good one. And two segments of Hoco … trying desperately to figure out what hoco is… Is it like YOLO? LOL. Good job on 48 minutes! (High five)

I am cooking for 15 this year. Two turkeys and a long list of really bad-for-you food. My nutritionist and I made a deal: I get one plate of food (piled high if I want) and then left overs are modified with salad greens and smaller portions. Sounds like a plan. My biggest goal is to actually be hungry when I sit down this year. I’m usually “tasting” while I cook and by the time the meal rolls around, I don‘t really want it. I think if I can stick to those goals, Turkey Day will be satisfying AND won’t make me depressed when I hit the scale on Monday. (I have about 50 lbs to lose, btw, so this is not about vanity or being cute, I really do need to stick to the plan).

Off to teach these children some Latin! See y’all later.

Cooking for 15? OMG, I'd never survive!. I have trouble cooking for myself :)!

Eggs weights? They were the "craze" a few years ago, maybe still are, They are
just very small weights, original are shaped like a egg covered with a rubber or something
cover with a finger strap to slip thru and hold it that way. You can open, close your hands
and it won't fall. Some newer ones are shaped like a "pod" but still very small with the
strap and those have a thumb rest if you want to use it. they come in weights from
.05 lbs to gosh, maybe 3 or more lbs. The ones I have are .05 lb & 1 lb'ers. Good for
boxing moves, walking, jogging, etc.

Yes, the movie did follow that route, he had lost his wife, and had a daughter....and
yes, it did end happily ever after.

Good luck with that Latin and your workout!

Siobhan, good job with Cathe's Stacked Lower Body and some more Hoco. Anita,
I'm not sure what Hoco is either, but I think it's on YouTube.

Hi ladies,

Hubby is off this week, so getting a workout in at home is iffy. But I did mange to do 35 minutes of the Original Advanced Taebo off of YouTube with my wrist weights on. It was tough and so fast. When he went to the floor I stopped. I am sweating!

We are staying home for Thanksgiving, hubby isn't into it all this year. Ham is too salty (for his BP and he doesn't eat salt anyway) and we haven't been able to cook a turkey and have it be done since we were married. So he doesn't want to attempt another one. Two of the boys are going to be with their girlfriends and the other one is the very very picky one and he doesn't like Thanksgiving food.

Every one have a great week preparing.

Good morning everyone;)

Anita- Yay! And here's your Rah Rah for the other day.

Great job on today's workout with:

Today is Xtrain Burn Sets: Chest, back and shoulders + Core #1 = 61 minutes. Yay!! No hip pain, that is truly awesome high fives. Have a great day & good luck on your turkey prep day, and be sure to take breaks;)

Supercuts is a really fun one. Oh my goodness did I read that right you are making Turkey dinner for 15? I think that earns you another gold medal. WTG!!
I usually do everything but Turkey. DH likes to do that part with my supervision and stuffing too. My MS makes strength in my right hand and fine motors skills iffyat best I'd be likely to drop the Turkey on the floor.
I'll do the following: Mashed potatoes, Gravy from (from scratch) Turkey drippings, French's Green bean casserole,Sweet potaotes, Pies (Pumpkin, Apple/or Apple cranberry Pie) or get Costco pies if short on time, and their dinner rolls.
Thanksgiving is usually just myself, DH, and our two 20 yearsold + boys. Enjoy your day;) We already had oru Thanksgiving dinner early because DH was supposed to work it. Then he found out yesterday, they get Thanksgiving day off.
So, DH, Me, youngest son, DH's Sister are all going to his parents house and getting Thanksgiving dinner done and picked (from local restaurant) up to take to DH's parents to share with his adult child brother.

Linda- Great job on today's workout with:

Blender- Low Impact Cardio & Upper Body Express - 20 min.
YT-CoffeyFit Raw- 15 min. Boxing with egg weights Finisher

All tour workouts today sound fun WTG & high fives. Clean Max is a workout in my book great job on that one too! Have a good Monday;)

Siobhan- That's right you already did your Thankgiving day in Canada. It's great you daughters like to cook & bake. The cleaning up after all that is a chore as well. I always say just because your done cookingor baking that's only half of the job, clean is the other not so fun part that is essential.
My youngest son ,he's in his 20's he is getting interested in cooking and baking, so I have to remind him to clean up after.

Good job on your workout:
