Today was a rest day - Yoga Mind and Body and Ab circuits Abs with no equipment.

Rest day for me too today. I needed it. So, this morning I folded clothes and baked paleo blueberry muffins.

Hi gals,

Today was the taebo that uses the bar but I use weighted gloves instead for the life of me I can't remember the title, UGH!!! Brain fog!!

Also it was 40 min. at the gym for a total body weight workout. Hit shoulders harder and legs along with abs, biceps, triceps , chest and back.

Hi girls, back in Milan... It looks like winter is far away: almost 20 centigrades... Very warm and sunny. Today I did supersets upper body only and the rear delt segment from Xtrain - legs. The more I get to know and use Xtrain the more I love it!!!
Connie and Cecififi:
rest is necessary: our bodies and minds do need recovery time. I sometimes realise that when my workouts are getting more difficult and I don't manage to train with good form it is because I've trained too many days without resting... Have a good day all.
