What crocheting are you doing Henriette?
Yesterday I was tired & very busy, so took my rest. This morning I got in Tracie Long Weightless + Core portion of To The Max. Glad to have abs done with. My least favourite w-o. ;)

Good morning Elsie, yep, it's early ! I get up around 5-5:30 every AM, even on weekends. I like to keep Coco on his routine and I hate
to be rushed in the morning. I like to drink my coffee, get on the computer, etc, I don't workout in the morning, no time for that, but
I like to take my time......over the weekend I got to see my great, great niece from GA, for the first time ! She is adorable, not quite 2 yet,
and getting into everything ! It was so good to get to see her.... Have a good day !
 
Hi gals,

Today I went to the gym earlier than normal and got a 50 minute weight work out in. Before that I had done a 30 minutes to Fitness Kickboxing workout at home. After my weight work out I then taught my aerobic circuit class for 40 minutes, cut it short because dh is off and wanted to spend some time with him.

So all in all still got 2 hours working out time in and burned lots of calories. Wow! I really didn't realize that I worked out that long almost every other day, no wonder by Friday I am spent.[emoji1].

hi everyone,

today I did someone's WB cardio workout + someone's WB ICE muscle meltdown upper body workout. I had the day off. back to work tomorrow. boy did i run around today.

Annette - wow you workout a lot!
Elsie - I just can't get into Tracie Long - that opener Hi I'm Tracie Long of Tracie Long Fitness. It's like me saying Hi, I'm siobhan marko of siobhan marko's life. doesn't make sense to me - and that was it - i could never do a workout again. I have one or two but always pull it out.
Henriette - you are so multi-talented - creative and athletic and fit!
Linda - I get up extra early to each day so I can have about 20-30 minutes to wake up over coffee - sometimes more time is needed.

Hope everyone's Monday has been good. I did a blender mix of STS shoulders and added on one of Jessica Smith's
10 min walks off the new DVD, this one being Happy Dance Walk. So a little cardio, a little strength, just right!
I agree, Annette, you do a lot of great workouts....good for you!!!! And Henriette, you are on the go all the time,

I actually just have two of her DVDs. But I really enjoy them. I have quite a few more downloads.

Excellent workouts today ladies! You are inspiring me to go a bit slower in the morning. I try to, but there is always so much to get done. It wears me down before midday, so clearly I am not doing it right. I need DH to do his share, but anyway. :rolleyes:
 
Hi Ladies,

Late check in for Monday.

Unfortunately there was no time for a w/o yesterday. I had to drive the kids to school in the morning as the carpool dad was away on business, which meant a later than usual start at the office. So after Monday I am already behind on my hours.

After work I gave a bball training to the young kids as always... this time with a bunch of unfocused kids. I even said to them, you guys are here to train, so do it. If you don't want to, go take a seat on the bench. One kid (9 year old) went and took a seat. Fortunately another trainer was there to help me so while he continued with the ball handling drills I could go talk to the kid that had taken a seat. Turns out he was mad at his teacher, his mom and his grandma. No one was being fair to him today. I managed to convince him that that was exactly why he now needed to lose himself playing basketball, something he enjoys and forget the rest. Just picture the ball as this or that person's head an throw it way up there :mad:
So much of training these youngsters is not basketball related but just disciplining, parenting and teaching them respect and manners.

After the training I had 30min at home for a quick bite to eat before I had to go to a meeting with other basketball youth trainers at the club. I knew there was a good chance I couldn't get a w/o in when I got back so I rode my bike there... in the rain. Fortunately it didn't rain super hard. Meeting took a real long time, so I got home just before 11.

And yes... I am really busy between work, basketball, my workouts and my crochet projects. I am working on gathering pictures so I can eventually create a blog or something with my crochet creations. So far it's bean a whole lot of shawls/scarves, some throws, loads of pillows, some tote bags and a few cute animals.
 
Oh, Henriette, what beautiful pictures......Your creations are awesome !!!! It appears you are talented to the max....... and what beautiful
eyes!!! You truly are an inspiration, young lady. Be proud ! :)
 
If you sold those hats on etsy, I would buy one!! Especially if you use linen or cotton yarn (I get an itchy head! lol). Phenomenal work! :cool:

FYI Elsie - I know what you mean with itchy head. I get rashes if there is just a hint of wool in the yarn. Some of my work is 100% cotton (like that bright colored slouchy beanie) and other stuff is synthetic yarns... Various stuff.
