Good morning Tammy and all that follow....

Monday morning AND the first day back from a week of vacation. It doesn't get much worse than this! ;( I feel rested and mentally able to tackle my job though than I did when I left.

I am starting the November rotation today. I finished the August 07 Lower Body Solution rotation before I went on vacation. I have only done LIS cardio only and HIS cardio only, and Kickbox cardio only so I'm looking forward to doing the weight work on this new series.

Today calls for HIS/chest&back.

Good morning All !

Today starts week 2 of Nov. rotation, so Jane we are doing the same workout.

Is everyone who is doing the Nov. rotation following it exactly?
I am considering trying out some of the premixes. I don't want to get bored doing the same workouts every week and thought trying the premixes would be a fun way to mix it up .

We had a very wild weekend. TOO much going on right now. I'm not sure I'm ready for this week ahead.
It definitely feels like MONDAY!

Becky, it was a wild weekend, but I got alot accomplished. Today was Rob's Step Gone Wild and abs from BM. I needed a steady cardio day so that I can do another slo mo workout tomorrow. My shoulders are fried today, I had to really warm up alot before I could lift them too high!!

Tammy: Mondays stink but they come around every week so you'd think we'd be used to 'em by now, ey? LOL Have a great day!

Jane: Hope you enjoy the November rotation. Did you go anywhere on vacation or just hang at home and relax?

Phyllis: I hope you get everything ready for inspection in time.

Becky: Enjoy playing with the premixes. I really haven't had a chance to do that yet. Let us know how you like them.

I have decided to do only "iron free" work outs for several months. I need a change. I am going to use body weight or rubber resistance only so that means no DB's or BB's! I have been doing it for about a week so far and really like it so I will finish out this month that way and then I am going to start the "X" in December and will use the bands. Should be interesting! :)

With that said, I am doing "weight" work today but not sure if it will be full body or an upper or lower split. I guess I'll decide after work.

Greetings All! It's GS Legs, Chest and Triceps today. Maybe I'll fit in the 4DS instead of GS for some of the exercises...not sure.
 
WOWIE!! That LIS/chest&back is something else!! I've done LIS step once but haven't done any of the wt work on this series yet. I love the wt workout on this one!!

I'm still stumped on that last combo of LIS, hitch kick, stomp, something, something:p I was pretty winded after the blast on combo #2 with the digs but I didn't have to worry, plenty of time to recover watching Cathe do combo #3:+
