Another 12 min intense workout that included prisoner squats, mt climbers w clean and press, squat with front lift, plank twist toe touch with half burpee. 50 sec of work 10 sec rest 12 rounds. Good workout. Used a soft beach tote bag and put our sneakers and towel in it to use when I did front lifts and clean press. It was light but shoulders felt it after a while. I need to push the water as usual.
Rest day yesterday. I will check in today too - it's been so busy lately. I have a friend in from out of town, volunteering, tax season for my DH etc....
