Today was Day 1 of May rotation - Two the Max, but I got up later so I did Cathe Live Metabolic Conditioning.
Today I did 40 minutes of Paul Katami's 4X4 workout. I also got up a bit later than expected so committed to only a shorter workout. I really enjoyed this.
