Today I did Cathe's 2.0 Giant Sets for 51 minutes. Good God I forgot how challenging that one is. Geesh. It took me an hour with longer breaks.

Today's workouts:

Coffeyfit Raw- "Stepboxing Drills"- 32 min.
YT- Earth & Owl- "1970's Rebounder workout" -24 min. (this was fun, I loved the music!)

Today I did Cathe's Rev'd Up Rumble for 41 minutes. It was good but I forget the combos since I don't do it often enough. Guess I need to do it more often.
