Hi gals,
Today I did 25 min. of Billy's Get Ripped Taebo then went to the gym for 45 min. of upper body and abs. I am doing 25, 30 and 35 pound dumbbells for hammer curls doing 12, 10 and then 8 reps respectively. Feels good to go heavier. I also bench pressed 105 pounds which is now my highest.
I am now down 17.75 pounds all thanks to my loss of smell and taste.
