YT-Michelle Briehler- 30 min. Cycle Hiit Workout
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Spicy Upper Body Weights & Rowing Circuit

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Cathe Live - Strong & Fit for legs and shoulders. It was about 45 minutes but took me longer due to breaks and lifting heavier.

Linda - Thanks for clarifying about the jump rope workout. I've done that one a few times. I love Cathe and jump rope.
Nicki - Your box moving exercise sounded like a good cardio workout with light weights :)
Waves to Nora and Annette! I hope you both feel up for your workout today.

Siobhan, sounds like a good Cathe Live workout. Yes, the box moving was a good cardio workout and I sort of enjoyed it. Always enjoy anything when my son is involved:).
 
Hi ladies,

Everyone is off to a great start.

I am down 6 pounds since my 1st oral surgery on the 30th of April, so I am happy about that. Next one is Wednesday morning at 7:30 and you gals know I AM NOT a morning person, so pray I do well, please.

So today I did KCM TLC Boxing Combos which is 32 minutes and I wore my boxing gloves. I may sit in the sun since it is supposed to rain tomorrow.

Annette, good for you! I will pray you do well on Wednesday and get up on time to make it. It has been raining here since Friday night and will continue through Thursday. Can't complain too much because we need it, but we always seem to get it all at one time!!;)

I did not workout Friday or Saturday, I just had no energy and needed to get some rest. Sorry for not checking in.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling - NEW! 20 Min Team Climb workout= 22 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling - 10 minute TABATA Ride = 10 Min
